Studies that respect your time

Each card tells you exactly what it pays and how long confirmation takes — 8 to 12 questions, two to three minutes, one screen per question with a progress bar.

  • Progress dots and "Question 4 of 9" — you always know where you are.
  • Every task lists its requirements and what happens with your answers.
  • Nothing is required: browsing, balance, history and support work without completing anything.

Rewards you can actually see

Available, pending and on hold are separated on one screen, with a full history underneath.

  • Points land in your available balance 3–7 days after a study is confirmed.
  • 1,000 points = $1. The minimum withdrawal is 5,000 points ($5), paid to PayPal.
  • Withdrawals are reviewed by a person and sent within 3–5 business days; the history shows each state.

You control tracking

The iOS tracking prompt appears only from Settings, after we explain what it is — never at launch. Declining changes nothing about your balance, your rewards, or any feature.

  • Declining only means fewer third-party studies can be shown — nothing else changes.
  • We store identifiers as one-way hashes, and payout details encrypted at rest.
  • Delete your account in the app at any time; we keep only what the law requires.

Questions, answered

How do I earn points?

Open the Earn tab and pick a study. Each one shows its points and length before you start. Answer every question and tap Submit survey — that is when the reward is credited.

When do my points appear?

A completed study lands in your available balance 3–7 days after it is confirmed; until then it shows as pending.

How do withdrawals work?

1,000 points = $1 and the minimum is 5,000 points ($5). Add your PayPal email under Rewards → Withdraw and submit. A person reviews the request and sends it within 3–5 business days; it stays visible as “under review” until then.

Do I have to allow tracking?

No. The prompt appears only from Settings, after an explanation. Declining never changes your balance, your rewards, or anything you have already earned — it can only mean fewer third-party studies are shown.

How do I delete my account?

Account → Danger zone → Delete Account. One confirmation anonymises your profile and ends your sessions. Financial records are kept as the law requires, without your name, email or address.

How do I get help?

In the app: Account → Support → New ticket. By email: [email protected]. We answer within one business day.
